Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges:

Windmill Gypsy has a 14 day policy for all return and exchange requests. We will be happy to provide you with store credit or an exchange for another item.

Once we receive your return with original tag intact. Product must meet the following requirements in order to process a return or exchange:

  • Must be in the original condition received in with tags attached
  • Must not be worn or have damage of any kind
  • Must be free of odors such as smoke and/or perfume
  • Must not be an item from our cosmetic, bodysuits, or swimwear lines
  • Must NOT be a sale item – all sale purchases are declared FINAL; non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
  • We do not do returns or exchanges on preorder tshirts as these are made to order custom for you! If there is a problem caused by us, we will do an exchange.

We cannot guarantee that the item will be available upon delivery of the return for an exchange, if this problem occurs you will be issued a store credit. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. We do not offer money back refunds for any purchases made. We only offer store credit/ exchange.
